  1. Candidate's Entry Form must be completed and returned to the Committee on or before Tuesday, 15 April 2005. Copy of birth certificate must be supply.
  2. Candidates must attend rehearsals as scheduled. If in any case a candidate cannot attend a particular rehearsal, the guardian should notify the committee 24 hours before the schedule.
  3. Candidates are required to comply with all the rules and conditions of the contest both locally and Manila.
  4. There are TWO separate major TITLES the candidates are entitled to win; the Little Miss Philippines Australia and Little Charity Queen Australia.
  5. Judges decision are final. No verbal and written correspondence will be entertained
  6. Final canvassing for the title of Little Charity Queen Australia or closing time will be on Thursday, 6pm - 8pm , 2 May 2005. Venue to be announced during rehearsals where accessible to everyone.
  7. The candidate who raised the highest funds will be the LITTLE CHARITY QUEEN AUSTRALIA 2005.
  8. Remittance of all monies should be in cash, bank draft or money order only on Final Canvassing
  9. Candidates must be SEVEN year old by 30th of June 2005 and not less than THREE years old.
  10. Both or one of the parents must be of Filipino descent.
  11. Candidate must be able to perform her talent on stage ALONE.
  12. The winner of the Little Miss Philippines Australia will represent Australian Filipinos at the Little Miss Philippines Grand Finals organized by Eat Bulaga Philippines without undergoing any preliminaries contests.
  13. In the event that winner cannot represent in the Philippines, the Little Princess (Runners-up) will take the place.
  14. Talent scout is paid $50.00 per candidate to cover his/her travel expenses. Each Candidate is encourage to raise minimum of $1000.00 or whole page AD or Combination Tickets & Ad.
  15. COMMISSION : After returning All Unsold Door / Raffle Tickets and Remitted All proceeds from Sold Fiesta Magazine Advertisements, Door and Raffle Tickets, Each candidate is entitled for a Commission to cover their expenses in graduated scales.
    i.] For those who raised Over $1000.00, they will receive 20% from sales of Door / Raffle Tickets plus 10% from the Total advertisement money collected.
    ii.] For those who raised Under $1000.00, they will receive 10% from Sales of Door / Raffle Tickets plus 10% from Total Fiesta Magazine Advertisement money collected.
  16. PHOTOS. Six studio photos (Not Disc) must be supplied to PASC for publicity in local newspapers, Miss Photogenic section, Coloured cover page and the group Miss PA center page Fiesta Magazine.
  17. Candidate/s can be sponsored by organization or can enter as family on their own right.
  18. Current and past winners in Little Miss Philippines Australia & Lttle Miss Charity Philippines Australia cannot join any similar beauty pageant quest without written consent from P.A.S.C. Inc.
