I. OBJECTIVES:

1. To foster friendship and camaraderie among Filipinos and Filipino-Australian children and families.
2. To provide avenue to expose and develop their innate talent at their very young age.
3. To provide the experience and the will to enhance the personality and confidence of our young children, our future generation and community leaders.
4. To encourage and increase both individually and collectively participation of Filipinos and Filipinos-Australian families in community projects.
5. The winner will be the child representative of goodwill to the Philippines representing Australia.
   

II. REQUIREMENTS:
All candidates are required to submit the following together with their completed Entry Form :

1. Copy of Birth Certificate (Original must be attached and original must be sighted)
2. Two different poses 4" x 4" facial photograph. One photo extra for every whole page souvenir program advertisement collected.
3. One photo extra for every whole page souvenir program advertisement collected.
   To foster friendship and camaraderie among Filipinos and Filipino-Australian children and families.

III. PRIZES:

1. All candidates will receive the following :
   " Monumental Tropy
   " Video copy of the Little Miss Philippines Australia Night
2. The Little Miss Philippines Australia winner will receive :
   " One round trip ticket to the Philippines with one week accommodation provided by Eat Bulaga Philippines and Television and Production Exponents Inc., organisers of Little Miss Philippines Grand Finals, Manila between the period of June/July 2005.
   " One parent/guardian shall receive a half-airfare ticket to the Philippines and one week accommodation as in (clause a.) plus travel insurance.
   " Three hundred dollars ($300.00) pocket money
   " The Little Miss Philippines Australia will be our representative to the Grand Finals of the Eat Bulaga Philippines, Little Miss Philippines without undergoing any preliminary contests. "Eat Bulaga is a multi-awardees 25 years running popular noontime national television program/show in the Philippines
3. In the past, Eat Bulaga's Little Miss Philippines Grand Final winner prizes was awarded the following :
   ** a] Fifty thousand Pesos (P50,000.00) cash.
   ** b] P25,000.00 worth of educational plan.
   ** c]. A return trip for Two (2) to HongKong
   - Please Note - Prizes for 2005 will be confirmed from Manila
   ** (Prizes will slightly vary or improve as it will be announced and printed on their national T.V. program. Other place getters and special complementary prizes will likewise be announced and printed. This is tentative subject to confirmation)
4. The Little Miss Philippines-Australia 2005 Runner-up will receive ONE (1) Portable piano/organ or equivalent.
5. The Little Charity Queen Australia will receive a bank deposit of $500.00.
6. The Little Charity Princess Australia (Runners-up) will receive $300.00.
7. Each candidate will receive Commission entitlement to cover own participating expenses. [Please refer to Rules and Conditions No.15.]
